The BPM - Biennale de la Photographie de Mulhouse is a festival that is both rooted in its local area and open to the international scene. The partnerships forged over the course of its editions testify to its local ties through multiple collaborations with actors in Mulhouse and the surrounding region. The festival is also part of transnational artistic dynamics through cooperation with foreign partners.
The BPM is a member of the Plan d'Est and L U X networks.
